How does the condition assessment work at the partner location?

To make the return process as convenient and easy as possible for you, a driver will collect your FINN car from your home. Together with the driver, you will fill out a handover protocol in which the vehicle's condition is recorded. Please inform the driver directly of any possible damage during this process.

Independent condition assessment at our partner location

After the vehicle has been transferred to one of our partner locations, it will be examined by an expert regarding possible damages or excess wear and tear. To ensure the independence of the inspection, it is carried out by a third-party expert. The condition of the vehicle is summarised in a report, which you will receive by e-mail a few days after your return. Any damage caused during the transfer to our partner location will certainly not be taken into account. Hence, you do not have to fear any hidden costs in the final invoice.
