Why do I get an error message when verifying my driver's license?

If you go through the verification process with a paper driver's license in the old format (usually in pink or grey colour), our system may display an error or indicate that the verification was not successful. Don't worry, we can still see your driver's license in our system and process the request manually. 

If the verification was successful, the status should change within a day as shown in the picture.
