Why is the final invoice at FINN "fair"?

Our goal is to ensure that our customers can enjoy their FINN subscription without worrying about the cost of returning the vehicle. In the leasing business, it is customary to assess any damage found upon return using standard local hourly billing rates. These hourly charge rates are determined annually by DEKRA for each zip code area (e.g. 80***).

We handle a large volume of vehicle returns and reconditioning. For this we have close partnerships with specialized companies. Due to the high volume of orders, we can agree on hourly rates that are about 30% below the local hourly rates. Since we do not want to make a profit with the return, we pass on the cost advantages to our customers.
