How do I use the prolongation function in the FINN customer portal?

About 3 months before the end of your current FINN subscription, you can check in the customer portal whether your current vehicle can be extended. To do this, click on the "Abo verl√§ngern" button directly under "My car".

Option 1 - Renewal possible
If a contract extension of your current model is possible, you will see a corresponding note after clicking on the button. You can then apply for the contract extension directly via the customer portal. Before you confirm, we will list all the important information about the subscription renewal once again. By clicking on "Confirm order" you agree to the contract extension and can continue driving your FINN car directly. We will confirm your order by e-mail.

Please note that an extension of the current car is only possible for selected models. In addition, we will inform you by e-mail if this should be possible for your current car. 

Option 2 - Extension not possible
If an extension of your current model is not possible, we will be happy to show you suitable alternatives for your connecting vehicle. You can easily access the vehicle selection via the link in the pop-up window that appears. 

Option 3 - Extension options are still being checked
If we have not yet completed the review of your extension options, you will also be informed of this by a corresponding note.
