What should I do if I have lost the key to my FINN car?

Option 1: Spare key is still available

Please report the loss immediately in your account under "Services > Report technical defect". Select "Other" under "Type of damage" and add a brief description. Please report the loss even if you still have a spare key. This is important to prevent possible theft.
We will then get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

Option 2: All keys are lost

If you have lost all your vehicle keys, please call our claims hotline at +49 89 143 770064 and select the headings "Breakdown" and "Vehicle no longer roadworthy". You can reach us at this number around the clock. Our partner company will then organize the towing of your vehicle as quickly as possible. 


Please note: In the event of key loss, we will charge you a lump sum for expenses plus the (manufacturer-dependent) costs for purchasing and programming the key. You can find further information here
