What should I do if I have lost the key to my FINN car?

Option 1: Spare key is still available

If only one of your keys has been lost or you are still in possession of a spare key, please feel free to contact us via our contact form. We will then contact you regarding further steps.

Option 2: All keys are lost

If you have lost all your vehicle keys, please call our claims hotline at +49 89 143 770064 and select the headings "Breakdown" and "Vehicle no longer roadworthy". You can reach us at this number around the clock. Our partner company will then organize the towing of your vehicle as quickly as possible. 

 

Please note: In the event of key loss, we will charge you a lump sum for expenses plus the (manufacturer-dependent) costs for purchasing and programming the key. You can find further information here
