If you exceed the kilometers included in your package without increasing your package beforehand, additional costs will apply. These costs are based on the excess kilometer price for your vehicle, which you can find in your contract confirmation or by clicking the "Increase Mileage Package" button in your account.
In some cases, we can proactively notify you if you're on track to exceed your included kilometers, allowing you to adjust your package accordingly. When this is possible, any excess kilometers will be included in your next monthly invoice—helping to spread out costs over time.
If ongoing tracking is not available for your vehicle, any excess kilometers will be charged on your final invoice.
