If your vehicle delivery is delayed, you have the option to change the delivery address and delivery date free of charge even after the 10-day period has expired. To do this, simply go to your subscription in your account and click on “Edit delivery”.
If you cannot be there on the new delivery date, a third person can also collect your FINN car for you. You can also find the required authorization in your account:
- Select your vehicle under “Subscriptions”.
- Click on the “Are you unable to attend?” button.
- A pop-up window will show you the link to the power of attorney, which you can download.
