Phone number & address stored in the account
In your account under "Mein Profil" you can easily adjust your phone number as well as the address stored in your account at any time. To do this, click on Edit, enter the changed information and save your changes. If the adjustment worked, you should see your new address and/or phone number in your profile from now on.
Billing address
The billing address is identical to your registered address. As soon as you change your address, we will adjust your billing address accordingly.
Email Address
To adjust your email address, please contact our customer support. We will ensure that your new email address is stored correctly internally and that you continue to receive all relevant information about your subscription.
