Phone number & address stored in the account
In your account under "Mein Profil" you can easily adjust your phone number as well as the address stored in your account at any time. To do this, click on Edit, enter the changed information and save your changes. If the adjustment worked, you should see your new address and/or phone number in your profile from now on.
Billing address
To change your billing address, please send us an email to support@finn.com with the following information and documents. We will then change the address accordingly.
- Your contract number or the license plate number of your FINN car.
- Your new address
- A document confirming your new address: This can be, for example, a certificate of registration, a scan of the changed ID or an official bill (electricity/telephone)
Email Address
To adjust your email address, please contact us using our contact form or by emailing support@finn.com. This will ensure that your new email address is stored correctly internally and that you continue to receive all relevant information about your subscription.
