🗓️ Adjusting the return date in the customer portal
To adjust your return date, click on the "Rückgabe bearbeiten" (English: Edit return) button in the "Abos" section and follow the steps provided. In step 2, you can select your preferred return date and time slot. Then click on "Continue" and confirm your details at the end.
Alternatively, you can authorize a third person to return your car in your place.
📌 Notes on adjusting the date
- The return date should be 5 days before or after the contract end date.
- You can change the date free of charge up to 10 working days before the planned date. A processing fee will be charged for later changes. Further information on possible fees can be found here.
- You will of course be informed about possible fees in the customer portal.
