You will receive your invoice every month at the e-mail address stored in your account. Alternatively, you can find an overview of your invoices in your account under Mein Konto and can easily view or download them there.
What do I do if I have not received my invoice by e-mail?
If you have not received your invoice by e-mail as expected, please check your spam folder first. If the invoice is not there, make sure that the e-mail address stored in your account is correct.
