Where can I find my monthly invoice?

You will receive your invoice every month at the e-mail address stored in your account. Alternatively, you can find an overview of your invoices in your account under "Konto" and can easily view or download them there. 

What do I do if I have not received my invoice by e-mail?

If you have not received your invoice by e-mail as expected, please check your spam folder first. If the invoice is not there, make sure that the e-mail address stored in your account is correct.
