What is a personal contact person within FINN Loyalty?

Your personal contact person is your first point of contact for any concerns you may have by e-mail. Please send your request by e-mail to and it will automatically land in the mailbox of your personal contact person.

If your personal contact person is unable to resolve your request independently, you will be forwarded to the right office immediately. We ask for your understanding that in rare exceptional cases, such as illness or vacation, other employees may have to deal with your case.

📌 Please note that claims are processed via our separate claims hotline (+49 89 143 770064). Your personal contact person will therefore not be able to help you in these cases.
