My vehicle was not delivered with the full equipment, what do I do now?

As a first step, please check the configuration of your vehicle in your account and make sure that the missing part is included in the selected equipment. You can find the configuration under "My car" in the "Documents" section.

If a part of the equipment from the configuration has not been delivered, please report this with a brief description using our contact form.

We will take care of your request as soon as possible and get back to you with the next steps.
