🗓️ Adjusting the return address in the customer portal
To change your return address, click on "Edit return" in the "My car" section and follow the instructions. In step 1, you can enter the desired delivery address. Please confirm your entries at the end (step 4)
📌 Notes on the adjustment
Changes to your return are possible free of charge up to 10 working days before the planned date. A processing fee will be charged for later changes. Further information on possible fees can be found here.
You will of course be informed about possible fees in the customer portal.
