What do I do if I cannot complete verification due to camera problems?

If Veriff is not working correctly on your device, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check your browser: Optimally, use Google Chrome (Android) or Safari (IOS).
  2. Check browser settings: Make sure that the browser you are using has the necessary permissions to access your camera (Settings > Safari/Chrome > Camera > Allow access)
  3. Update your browser: Make sure you are using the latest version of the browser. An update can often solve technical problems.
