How do I install the app?

Download the app: Download the Mercedes me App for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Registration: Create a Mercedes me ID if you don't already have one. Use your e-mail address or mobile number and a secure password. Confirm your registration using the activation link you received by email or text message.

Connect your vehicle: Log in and pair your vehicle by scanning the QR code in your vehicle's media display. You can find this under: Mercedes me & Apps > Mercedes me. Alternatively, you can enter your vehicle identification number (VIN), which you can find in the vehicle registration document. Now follow the instructions in the app to link your vehicle to your account.
What features does the Mercedes me App offer?
🚗 Vehicle Status Monitoring: The app shows your vehicle's fuel level, tire pressure, oil level, and range.
🔒 Remote Vehicle Control: You can lock or unlock the doors via the app. It also allows you to activate the lights or horn to help find your vehicle. You can also remotely start the air conditioning or heater before you get in.
🗺️ Route Planning: The app shows your vehicle's location and allows you to navigate directly to it. You can also send routes and destinations to your vehicle's navigation system.
🅿️ Real-time navigation and parking assistance: It not only shows you the fastest route to your destination, but also helps you find a parking space nearby and navigates you directly to free parking spaces.
🔧 Real-time vehicle diagnostics: The app provides a detailed analysis of the vehicle's condition, including the display of maintenance requirements or error codes.
⚡ Charging Features (for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles): Through the app, you can check the charging status and range of your vehicle. The app also helps you find nearby charging stations and add them directly to your navigation.
