If the expected delivery date for your ordered vehicle cannot be met, we will inform you immediately by e-mail about the next possible delivery date. In addition, you will always find the latest data on the delivery of your FINN car in the customer portal under My Account > My Car .
You will receive the final delivery confirmation in a separate e-mail as soon as the delivery to you has been coordinated. This usually happens 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Please note that even in the event of a delay, we cannot specify the delivery period further than the specified window of two hours.
