How can I change my payment data?

You can easily and quickly change your payment data yourself in your the customer portal. To do this, go to "My Account", click on the sub-item "My Profile" and then click on "Payment Method". There, you will find a button for editing your payment data.

Please note that access to your profile via the website is only possible if you have previously registered with your email address.

If you have any problems updating your data, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

Afterwards you will receive a link to adjust your payment data. With this link you can enter your new data via a secure connection within 24 hours and will then receive a confirmation email for your records.
