When your subscription ends, your vehicle will be examined for damage and wear and tear. Wear and tear, e.g. from car washes, occurs during normal use of the vehicle and will not be billed. We will only charge you for damage caused by improper use in the final invoice.
📌 Note: We recommend to always report accident damages to us immediately during your subscription period in order to reduce the costs per damage to the contractually agreed deductible. Please note here that the deductible applies per claim. In case of unreported comprehensive damage, we will be forced to charge you the full cost of the damage.
