How do the delivery and handover work?

Step 1 | Selection of the delivery day in the ordering process:
During the ordering process you have the option to select a day when your car will be delivered to you. Please note that the date is an estimated delivery date until the final confirmation by e-mail (see below). The delivery date will be finally confirmed as soon as we have completed all preparations for your vehicle and successfully coordinated a trip to your home.

Step 2 | Tracking the order status in the FINN customer portal:
As long as you are waiting for your FINN car, you can track the individual steps in the customer portal under My Account > My Car.

Step 3 | Final confirmation of the delivery date:
Three days before the delivery of your FINN car you will receive the final confirmation from us by e-mail.
Please note that we cannot specify the delivery period further than the specified window of two hours.

Step 4 | Procedure on the delivery day:
On the day of delivery, a driver from our partner company will pick up your vehicle from one of our partner locations and deliver it to your desired address free of charge. As soon as your vehicle is in the delivery process, you will receive an SMS from us. In addition, the driver will contact you by phone about one hour before delivery. 

Together with you, the driver will fill out a digital handover protocol in which the condition of the vehicle at the time of handover is recorded. After a short introduction to your new car, you can drive off immediately.
