Tracking your order status
You can track the status of your order at any time in your FINN account under "Subscriptions". Simply select your current subscription and scroll down to see all steps leading up to delivery.
Final confirmation of the delivery date
A few days before delivery, you will receive a final confirmation via email with all important details.
Delivery day
On the day of delivery, a driver from our partner company will bring your vehicle to your specified address. Once your car is on its way, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. About an hour before arrival, the driver will also call you.
Please have your driver’s license ready. Together with the driver, you will document the mileage and any existing damages in a digital protocol. By signing, you confirm the vehicle’s condition, the handover, and your agreement to our terms and conditions.
A copy of the protocol will be sent to you via email within a few days—please keep it safe for the duration of your subscription.
