Once your vehicle has successfully gone through all the preparation steps and we have coordinated a trip to your home, we will confirm the final delivery date by email. This usually happens 3 days before the advised delivery date.
We therefore ask you not to make plans for delivery until you have received final confirmation.
👩💻 Under My Account > My Car you can view the current status of your FINN car at any time. Here you will also find the scheduled time for the delivery of your car. We would like to point out that we cannot give this time more precisely than the time window of 2 hours.
📱 On the day of delivery we will additionally inform you about the delivery by SMS.
