🗓️ Adjusting the delivery date in the customer portal
To adjust your delivery date, simply click on the "Lieferung bearbeiten" button under "Mein Auto" and follow the steps provided. In step 2, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot. Then click on "Continue" and confirm your details at the end.
Alternatively, you can authorize a third person to take delivery of your car on your behalf.
📌 Notes on adjusting the delivery date
- You can change the delivery date free of charge up to 10 working days before the planned date. A processing fee will be charged for later changes. You can find more information about the possible fees here.
- You will of course be informed about possible fees in the customer portal.
- If you are not present on the agreed delivery date, we will have to charge an administration fee for the failed delivery.
