How does the return work at FINN?

1 | Booking your return date

We will contact you by e-mail in good time before the end of your subscription and ask you to book a return date in your account. The booking option is available to you a few weeks before the end of the contract.

> Please make the booking at least 10 working days before the end of the contract.
> The selected return date should be within 5 days before or after the end of the contract.


2 | The return process

Standard: Pick-up at your desired address
As standard we offer you a convenient pick-up by one of our drivers on the day of return. When booking your return date, you can select a time window of 2 hours that suits you and enter your desired address. We would like to point out that there is a pick-up fee for the drive, which will be included in your final invoice.

Alternative: Self return
For customers living close to our partner location near Würzburg, we offer a self return option free of charge. Please note that in this case, you must organize your own travel to and from the location and that we are not responsible for any (travel) costs incurred or costs for the use of public transportation.


3 | Preparation of your vehicle

Regardless of the return option you choose, we ask you to prepare your vehicle according to our checklist. You will find all the information you need here

4 | Return Verification

If you have booked a pick-up, verification will be carried out when the driver arrives. This confirms that the right person has arrived for the pick-up. Please have the verification link you received by email or text message ready. Ask the driver for the FINN code and enter it in the field provided.
