How does the return work at FINN?

Approximately one month before the end of your subscription term, you will receive an email from FINN with a return reminder. Booking of the return date can be done in the customer portal.

Pick up at your place
Your car will be picked up by one of our drivers. A fee of 199 euros will be charged for this service.

Alternatively, you can drop off your vehicle at a FINN partner location free of charge. You will receive information on available locations when you select an appointment.

Have you taken out a follow-up subscription with FINN?  

Then you will also receive an e-mail before your current subscription expires, in which you can select a return date. The vehicle exchange at your doorstep is then free of charge. We try to schedule the delivery date of your subsequent subscription to coincide with the return date of your current subscription. However, due to the complexity of the supply chain, we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
