Our all-round carefree package includes the collection of your FINN car at the end of the subscription. This incurs costs that we pass on to you in a reasonable pick-up fee.
The fee is 249 euros. It applies to newly booked car subscriptions from September 2023. For subscriptions booked before September 2023, a return fee of 199 euros will be charged.
You can view the return fee for your active car subscription in your account. Under "My car" you can already arrange the return two months before the end of the contract.
You decide to take out a follow-up subscription with FINN?
In this case, the vehicle exchange at your desired location within Germany (excluding islands) is free of charge. In doing so, we strive to ensure a seamless transition between your vehicles. For this purpose, please enter the last day of your current subscription as the delivery date of your new car in the booking process. If your contract end date falls on a weekend, please deposit the following Monday.
Alternatively, you can return your vehicle to a partner location free of charge.
