Our team will record the damage and inform you of all further steps. Moreover, we take care of the coordination between breakdown service, towing service and repair center and organize a replacement mobility if necessary.
📌 Please inform us directly on the phone if you need a replacement vehicle. We would like to point out that FINN will not refund the fee if a replacement vehicle is not used.
📌 We can only cover the cost of towing if it is organized by us and carried out by our partners. Therefore, we ask you to exclusively use our claims hotline and not to organize a possible towing, e.g. via ADAC, on your own.
Please note:
- All vehicles are equipped with Tirefit or a spare wheel.
- If you need a rental car because of a flat tire, you can rent a replacement vehicle at your own expense. In this case, you will benefit from working with our rental partners.
- Flat tires are handled by FINN with a 500 euros deductible.
