(Until) when can I cancel my FINN subscription?

Cancellation before delivery of the FINN car.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of motor vehicles in advance. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer our customers a free cancellation within 24 hours after booking. The booking time is the time when the order confirmation was sent.

Please use the cancellation form on our website (see below) to request your cancellation. If the cancellation takes place later than 24 hours after the booking time, FINN is entitled to collect a corresponding fee in the amount of one month's rent from the customer.


Cancellation after delivery of the FINN car

After the 24 hours or as soon as the vehicle has been delivered to you, you can no longer cancel the contract with FINN without good cause. If you have valid reasons, please submit your cancellation request via our cancellation form as well.

In this case, select "Extraordinary cancellation" and upload the required evidence directly online. Via the info icon you will receive an explanation of the documents required accordingly. Please note that even in the case of termination for good cause, a fee of one monthly installment will be charged.
