Cancellation before delivery of the FINN car.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of motor vehicles in advance. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer our customers a free cancellation within 24 hours after booking. The booking time is the time when the order confirmation was sent.
Please use the cancellation form on our website (see below) to request your cancellation. If the cancellation takes place before delivery, but after the 24 hour period has expired, FINN is entitled to collect a corresponding fee in the amount of one month's rent from the customer.
Cancellation after delivery of the FINN car
After the 24-hour period has expired or as soon as the vehicle has been delivered to you, you can only cancel for good cause.
If there is a valid reason, please submit your cancellation request via our cancellation form: Cancellation form, select “Extraordinary cancellation” and follow the instructions in the info icons.
We will check your request carefully and inform you whether a cancellation is possible and what fees will be charged.
