How do the delivery and handover work?

Step 1 | Selection of the delivery day in the ordering process:
During the ordering process you have the option to select a day when your car will be delivered to you. Please note that the date is an estimated delivery date until the final confirmation by e-mail (see below). The delivery date will be finally confirmed as soon as we have completed all preparations for your vehicle and successfully coordinated a trip to your home.

Step 2 | Tracking the order status in the FINN customer portal:
As long as you are waiting for your FINN car, you can track the individual steps in the customer portal under My Account > My Car.

Step 3 | Final confirmation of the delivery date:
Few days before the delivery of your FINN car you will receive the final confirmation from us by e-mail.

Step 4 | Procedure on the delivery day:

On the day of delivery, a driver from our partner company will deliver your vehicle to your desired address. As soon as your vehicle is ready for delivery, you will receive a text message from us. The driver will also contact you by telephone approximately one hour before delivery.

Please have your driver's license ready. Together with the driver, you will record the mileage and any damage in a digital log. With your signature, you confirm the condition of the vehicle, the instruction and the agreement to our general terms and conditions.

You will receive a copy of the log by e-mail in the next few days. Please keep it safe during the rental period.
