🗓️ Adjusting the delivery address in the customer portal
To change your delivery address, select your car under "Abos" (English: Subscriptions), click on "Lieferung bearbeiten" and follow the instructions. Please confirm your entries in the last step.
📌 Please note
- Changes to your delivery are possible free of charge up to 5 days before the planned date. A processing fee will be charged for later changes. Further information on possible fees can be found here.
- You will of course be informed about possible fees in the customer portal.
