Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

🗓️ Adjusting the delivery address in the customer portal

To change your delivery address, select your car under "Abos" (English: Subscriptions), click on "Lieferung bearbeiten" and follow the instructions. In step 1, you can enter the desired delivery address. Please confirm your entries at the end (step 4).

 

📌 Please note

  • Changes to your delivery are possible free of charge up to 10 working days before the planned date. A processing fee will be charged for later changes. Further information on possible fees can be found here.
  • You will of course be informed about possible fees in the customer portal.
