Power of Attorney request
You are not on site yourself when your vehicle is to be delivered? Don't worry!
You can simply authorize another person to take delivery of your car on your behalf. The delivery will also be made to the address you specified when ordering if a third party is authorized to do so. Here you will find all the information on how to change the delivery address.
Please send us the following documents for verification to support@finn.com and make sure that the authorized person has them ready on the day of handover:
- Driver's license and ID card of the person taking delivery of the vehicle.
- Copy of the driver's license and ID card of the subscription holder. We need the copy in any case, even if the driver's license was already uploaded when you booked your subscription.
- Completed and signed Power of Attorney form to take over the vehicle (digital is sufficient)
📌 In Germany, vehicles may not be handed over to persons without a driver's license, even if the vehicle is not being driven by this person.
Where can I find the power of attorney?
You can download the power of attorney in your account. To do this, simply click on the "Sind Sie verhindert?" (English: Unable to take over car) button. A pop-up window will then appear containing the link to the power of attorney.
